writing a mystery,
with two young hearts.
bleeding themselves dry,
with no means to reconcile
depress the weak with little ones,
broken deathly hollows filling lungs.
fabric of time drifting slowly apart,
filling hearts with empty thoughts.
love as a chemical,
and not a reaction.
it's now a competition,
who has the better guts.
bear them all over the ground,
show your worth in the worst way.
make them bleed all over again,
soap stained skin on the driveway
my eye is on the horizon but i can't seem to disappear.
